Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the RetailPilot platform and its modules.

Last updated: July 2026

1. The service

RetailPilot is a SaaS platform that connects WooCommerce webshops with physical stores and offers modular retail tools: returns (ReturnFlow), in-store point of sale (SyncRegister), ticketing (TicketFlow), task management (TaskPilot), employee bonuses (BonusEngine), and an AI Agent API. The service operates from Greece under the trade name “RetailPilot”.

By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

Using the service requires an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your passwords and your users' PINs, and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe, your account simply becomes unavailable; there is no automatic charge.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Billing is monthly, processed through Stripe.
  • Current prices are listed on the pricing page.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep full access.
  • Prices may change; any changes are announced in advance and apply from the next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service:

  • for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights,
  • to attempt unauthorized access to systems or to other accounts' data,
  • to resell the service to third parties without our consent,
  • in a way that unreasonably burdens or endangers the platform's infrastructure.

In cases of serious violation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account, with notice where feasible.

6. Your data

The data you enter into the platform — products, orders, returns, customers, employees — belongs exclusively to you. RetailPilot processes it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and our GDPR page for merchants. After termination, your account's data is deleted.

7. Service availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service continuously available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur. Where feasible, planned downtime is announced in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetailPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits or data loss not caused by our fault). Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms or the features of the service. You will be informed of material changes in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of the service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
