Our story
Before RetailPilot, we ran retail in Greece ourselves: multiple physical stores and a WooCommerce webshop. Every day meant orders, returns, stock that had to match everywhere, shifts and registers.
To keep up, we paid for four different tools: one for returns, one for the store register, a helpdesk, and one for daily tasks. None of them talked to each other — and almost all of them charged per user.
So we built what we were looking for and couldn't find: one platform that connects the webshop with the physical stores. Returns, POS, tickets, tasks and staff bonuses — all in one place, built by people who have lived it from behind the counter.
