Scan or type a SKU and the cart fills with real prices and real stock, straight from your WooCommerce products — never a sale at a stale price.
Sales become storefront orders
Every sale from the register is published as a WooCommerce order in real time — reports, customers and history in one place, with no double entry.
Per-store stock ledger
Each store keeps its own stock ledger, updated automatically on every sale. Cancel a sale and stock is restored automatically; online orders draw down the fulfilling store's stock too.
Receipts & invoices with VAT ID
Issue a receipt or a full invoice; on invoices the company details are prefilled from a VAT-ID lookup. Print to an 80mm thermal receipt printer.
PIN-gated discounts, prices & voids
Discounts above your threshold, a price override on a single line, or a sale cancellation each require an authorization PIN. You set the rules.
Cash movements & multiple registers
Deposits, withdrawals and petty expenses are logged against their session. Run as many registers per store as you need — users are always unlimited.
Employee PINs & live oversight
Every employee gets their own PIN and permissions. Managers watch open registers live and admins can force-close any register remotely — you always know who did what.

Fiscal rules for retail receipts differ by country — a certified cash register or e-invoicing provider in Greece, VeriFactu in Spain, TSE in Germany, and so on. SyncRegister is your operational register, not a certified fiscal device.

No percentage of your card sales
SyncRegister records the payment method for cash reconciliation, but it doesn't charge the card — that happens on your bank's terminal. It costs the same each month whether you ring up 10 sales or 10,000. Your revenue stays yours.

- Is SyncRegister a certified fiscal cash register?
- No. SyncRegister is your store's operational POS software, not a certified fiscal device. It runs alongside the fiscal cash register or e-invoicing provider you already use. Direct fiscal transmission — myDATA in Greece and equivalent providers across the EU — is on our roadmap.
- How does it connect to WooCommerce?
- Every in-store sale is published as a WooCommerce order in real time and stock updates automatically. Products, prices and stock come live from WooCommerce, so you never keep a second catalogue.
- Does it work offline?
- No. SyncRegister needs a live connection to your WooCommerce store to pull prices and stock and to record sales. It's built for shops with a stable connection.
- Does it process card payments?
- It records the payment method (cash or card) for cash reconciliation, but it doesn't charge the card — that happens on your bank's terminal. That's why we never take a percentage of your sales.
- Does it support multiple stores and registers?
- Yes. Each physical store (+€15/mo) has its own stock, registers and sessions, and each extra WooCommerce storefront connects for +€9/mo — same subscription, unlimited users.
- Can it handle returns?
- Returns are handled by ReturnFlow, RetailPilot's returns module. At the register you can cancel a sale (PIN-authorized), which restores stock and voids the WooCommerce order.
